Boss Hoss Cycles, Inc. was established in 1990 when Monte Warne, the founder and president of Boss Hoss Cycles, Inc., created his first Chevy V-8 powered motorcycle in his 5000 square foot shop in Dyersburg, TN. Monte, a commercial aircraft pilot and degreed Aviation Airframe and Power plant technician, was the first to design a V-8 powered motorcycle that has a traditional cruiser motorcycle style, look and feel. This was accomplished by his unique approach to the motorcycles single speed (one gear) transmission design. The right angle drive transmission allows the length of the bike to be kept to a minimum and the engine-mounting inline with the frame made for a well-balanced design that is unequaled by any other V-8 powered motorcycles. 		236

When a photographer puts a bikini-clad woman in the saddle of one of these bikes, a funny thing occurs: Your eyes go to the bike first and then to the woman. Then, your sight gets blurry and you can't tell the difference between the woman and the bike. "I always design my bikes with a waistline as it is," Trotta says. I’ve been in the ABS Plastic business making ground effects on buses for over 25 years and have been an avid bike rider for 27 years. Several years ago I traveled to Sturgis, South Dakota and saw a fairing that fit a Heritage Softail. I decided I could do a better job and went home and designed a mold, put it on my bike and I loved it! After a ten-year-long hiatus from photography to pursue other business interests, Zimberoff picked up his cameras once again to illustrate his tribute to a decades-long affinity for custom motorcycles.
